Horrible

I ordered at First something. The product Never reached my place. Customer Service ist horrible. Than i got my Money After 1 month back. I ordered the product a second time, also didnt reach my Place. Now I contact UPS, and they gave me the informations. They also send me a Bad E-Mail, how can someone treat their Customer Like this

Customer ordered this cylinder from us and input address in Germany with no street number. We shipped the item to the address they input. When the package arrived in Germany it couldn't be delivered because they input the incorrect address. Then the customer created a chargeback with their bank. We had to incur the fee for the chargeback, the shipping, and the cylinder. They again reordered the cylinder from us, we shipped it and then they refused to pay the customs charges. We received and email from UPS stating that the customer refused to pay customs on the cylinder and now we must pay $100+- to return the product to us or have it destroyed losing us another $175. This customer has cost us over $350 because of their input error and refusal to pay their country's import taxes.

Dukes Echo CS 620P cylinder and piston kit

I picked up a used Echo CS 590 chainsaw that had the its spark plug threads stripped out . I purchased and installed the Dukes piston and cylinder kit hoping to get the saw back running. The kit worked great. Have 3 tanks of gas through the saw. The Echo saw with the new Piston and cylinder cuts way faster than my buddies Stihl 271 or my Stihl 270 .
