This isn’t a basic foam filter. The MINI is a purpose-built filtration system featuring a full-thickness, oil-retentive foam element, a high-flow support cage, and a patented sealing design that eliminates the need for extra O-rings or bushings. Every component works together to deliver consistent airflow, reliable sealing, and real-world durability.

Why Upgrade?

The stock HD2 filter has limited surface area and loads quickly in dusty conditions—reducing airflow and saw performance. The MaxFlow MINI solves this with a high-capacity foam element (up to 22g oil retention) and a rigid cage that maintains shape and airflow even as dust builds.

Unlike thin aftermarket “dust covers” with low oil capacity and poor sealing, the MINI is a true stand-alone filtration system with the correct foam depth, structure, and support for real filtration performance.

Built from the same engineering lineage as MaxFlow’s Pro systems, it uses a defined foam structure, controlled airflow path, and sealed end-walls to ensure every bit of intake air is properly filtered.

Choose Your Element:

• 60 PPI (Green): High-flow, general-use performance
• 80 PPI (White): Severe-duty protection for fine dust environments

We ship 5 days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. 

You are able to select the service at checkout and we will adhere to whichever service you choose.

UPS and FedEx do not pick up in our area on Saturday.  Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday with UPS or FedEx selected will be picked up the following Tuesday.

We ship internationally, no problem.
