As I explained in your email we've suffered a lot of USPS delays on orders that go through Kansas City sort center. We understand we're the point of contact when an order gets lost BUT we really have no control over what USPS does. When given the option of a reship or a refund you chose a refund, which we filed immediately on 8/21, the claim was approved on 8/21 and the refund issued which usually takes 1-3 business days to process. You are writing this review on Saturday 8/23, so only one business day has passed.
If a customer wants to change the shipping service, like you did, we generally recommend that they request a refund on the insurance claim instead of a reship. The insurance is through a third-party company and as I explained they automatically recreate the reship order verbatim to your original order. It then just goes into our stream of other orders we need to process. So, in order to make sure that the same shipping service did not get copied and you could choose the service you wanted to change to we recommended that.
